We have for sale a range of "Full Inverter" heat pumps.

Inverter heat pumps differ from normal heat pumps resulting in a 

saving of 50% compared with normal "on/off" heat pumps.

Compared to regular gas, electric and oil heaters you could save as much as 90% of your existing

 heating bill when heating a large body of water, whether it be a pond, swimming pool or hot tub.

The COP rating (the ratio between input electricity and heating output) can be 

as high as 16 @ 28 degrees ambient air temperature.

With regards to ambient air temperature, the higher (warmer) 

the temperature the better the heat pump will work. 

This being said these units will work down to 

-20 degrees Celsius!

As always, we recommend a backup heater is necessary,

as should something go wrong with regards to pond users, 

who do not want to risk loss or stress to their fish in the depths of winter.

Although we recommend you do not use this in winter as it could block due to freezing.

Also making sure there is enough space between the underneath of the unit

and the ground so ice does not back up into the unit from the ground.

5 year Titanium heat exchanger warranty on "Manufacturer fault ONLY".

It is important to keep water balance parameters and Chlorine optimal, so as not to degrade the heat exchanger, 

as this will void the warranty.

International Warranty: -

All "completed" Warranty Registration paperwork, Installation paperwork and

photos must be returned to Crystal Enterprises Ltd as per our "T&C`s".

The 3 year warranty, on "Manufacturer fault ONLY", covers the supply and shipping of replacement spare parts to a UK address only.

The 5 year Heat Exchanger and Compressor warranty, on "Manufacturer fault ONLY", covers the supply

and shipping of replacement spare parts to a UK address only.

If spare parts are required to be sent for a heat pump outside the UK, the parts will be

sent free of charge to a UK address only.

If parts are to be shipped outside the UK, the customer pays the international shipping cost for the parts.

Labour may be covered internationally if the customer returns the unit to Crystal Enterprises Ltd

with all international shipping costs, including return to customer paid for by the customer.

If an International customer so chooses they can supply their own engineer locally at their own cost.
